The unit is a standard DML-LP production, 30 foot drill pipe change, model with the following configuration and options: - Frame Hours 15,572 - Five rod Carousel with 4- hex cups for 6.25 inch drill pipe - Cummins QSX Engine / CPL 8761 - LP 1200 CFM Air Compressor - Cab Air Conditioner - Standard Dust Curtain w / hydraulic opened front flap - Wiggins Central Service - Jack Up Indicator Lights - Frame and Tower Manual Lube Manifold - No Bump The unit has been completely refurbished and the following repairs were made at our Pocatello, Idaho shop location. - The unit is in overall good condition - Frame and tower are both straight and in good condition - Unit has a rebuilt QSX engine – with approximately 3,000 since installation - Compressor is original - Cab is in very good condition with good seat - Cab area has been cleaned, a new mat installed and all controls and gauges are in working order - Undercarriage was recently replaced and has negligible wear - Power head input pinions have been replaced and two new rotation motors installed - Power head is in good condition - Carousel has been removed, repaired, refurbished with new bushings and reinstalled - Hydraulic system has been serviced with all new filters - Compressor oil system has been serviced and new separator installed - Coolers have been cleaned - Compressor control system has been repaired/adjusted - Gear boxes are serviced - Hydraulic controls have been checked and systems balanced - Cab side main hydraulic pump has been replaced - Limit switches have been checked - Replaced all tower cable sheave and chain sprocket bushings / adjusted cables and chains - Tower auxiliary winch and cable have been replaced with new - Tower locking pin replaced and repaired locking boss by welding and line boring - Deck to frame flange mounts have been checked and welded where needed by certified welder - Pull down cylinders have been found to have minimal drift - Checked and repaired wiring - Tower raise cylinders have been replaced with rebuilt cylinders from Cate rebuild shop - Tower pivot shaft and bushings are new - Oscillation beam was removed, center and track frame pins and bushings were installed new - AC unit inspected and recharged - Cab side walkway replaced with new - Cab has been repainted and new decals installed - Undercarriage has been painted Atlas Copco dark gray and touch up paint for the rest of the unit is IR beige – the drill has not been completely repainted We will furnish the drill with water injection dust suppression or dust collector. Angle drilling or telescopic dust curtain options are available for additional cost. Manual fire supression system recently installed by Nevada State Fire. Main Pump (NCS) has been replaced and the other pump adjusted to center.
