Atlas ROC D3 crawler drill for tophammer drilling 2" - 3.5" OD to 57'. This machine has the larger COP 1840 Drifter.
Atlas Copco's range of surface crawlers raises the quality of rock drilling to a new level. The lowest cost per tonne of rock produced comes from the higher productivity; straighter holes and better overall economy are designed into the range. These surface crawlers include several models that are ideally suited for bench drilling. Choose between hydraulic top-hammer, Atlas Copco's patented COPROD system, or down-the-hole drilling methods. The unique SmartRig will help you to drill smarter holes with high shift capacity, low energy consumption, and innovative modules that improve productivity. Atlas Copco's range of crawlers is setting new standards for stability, maneuverability and safety in quarries and contracting work.
The ROC D3-series-01 and the long boom system version -03, offers high capacity in the smaller diameter hole range. Compact, and only 9.5 tonne in weight, the ROC D3 performs well, even on rough ground, and the folding boom has a reach of up to 5.2 meters. The rig is equipped with aluminum feed with cylinder feeding system.
